Step 3: Allow Adhesive to Evaporate
Allow the adhesive on both the fireproof board and substrate to evaporate as specified. Evaporation times vary based on factors such as season, climate, and the adhesive brand. Always follow the recommendations provided on the glue packaging and consider any adjustments based on construction experience.

 

Step 4: Attach the Fireproof Board
Carefully place the fireproof board on the substrate. Press the board down evenly, using a roller or cloth to ensure complete adhesion and to eliminate air pockets. This process ensures an even distribution of adhesive and minimizes the risk of bubbling or detachment.

 

Step 5: Shaping and Cleaning
After bonding, perform any necessary shaping and cleaning. This step may involve trimming excess edges or smoothing the surface. A clean, polished finish enhances the appearance and durability of the installation.
