Magnesium glass board is widely used in the partition walls and ceilings of various interior decorations such as hotels, shopping malls, restaurants, night clubs, banks, hospitals, supermarkets, office buildings and residential buildings. It is completely suitable for thermal insulation structures, sound insulation walls, movable partition walls, super fire protection, fire door inner plywood, equipment box outer packaging and other areas.

3. Storage

The fireproof board can resist bad weather, but in order to keep it dry during use, it is recommended that users should store it indoors, and the ground should be flat or padded with wooden boards.

4. Processing

The fireproof board can be broken with a hand saw, a chainsaw, or a utility knife with a ruler. It can be fixed with iron nails, self-tapping screws, nail gun or drilling holes.

5. Decoration

The fireproof board can be pasted with wallpaper, red and white beech veneer, paint, paint, tile, mosaic, etc.

Note: A steel mesh should be reinforced on the board when tiling mosaic tiles. Paste with cement mortar.

1. Partition

(1) Plate: In general, it is recommended to use a glass magnesium plate with a thickness of more than 6MM as the partition plate.

(2) Accessories: The plate above 6MM is fixed on the frame keel, and it should be fixed with a 3.5200MM countersunk head screw, and the nail head is 0.5MM lower than the board surface, so as to ensure a smooth finish.

(3) Installation: At the beginning of installation, the exact position of the keel must be marked and marked. The distance from the center of the vertical keel is 450-600MM. Additional keels should be installed at the connection of the wall and on both sides of doors and windows. If the height of the wall is greater than 2440MM, a support keel must be installed at the connection of the plates.

(4) Board distance: The gap between adjacent boards should be 4-6MM, and there must be a 5MM gap between the board and the ground. The distance between the center of the screw installation is 150MM, the distance from the edge of the board is 10MM, and the distance from the corner of the board is 30MM.

(5) Hanging: The place where heavy objects are hung in the bathroom or kitchen must be reinforced with wooden boards or keels to avoid damage to the boards.

(6) Joint treatment: There is a gap of 4-6MM between the board and the board during installation. After mixing with 107 glue or super glue, apply a scraper to the board and the gap, and then stick it with paper tape or grid tape. Flatten.

(7) Paint decoration: It can be sprayed, brushed or rolled, but the relevant instructions of the paint must be referred to when brushing.

(8) Tiles on the decorative surface: When installing in wet areas such as bathrooms, toilets, kitchens, basements, etc., the distance between the keels of tiles on the board must be shortened to 400MM. There must be an expansion joint every three boards (about 3.6 meters) on the wall.

(9) Sound insulation wall: If the wall has a high sound insulation effect, the wall and the plate must be tightly combined and sealed, and then the empty wall is filled with mineral wool. For example, when two boards of different thicknesses are used on both sides of the keel, the sound insulation Better results.

(10) Impact-resistant wall: It is recommended that you choose a board above 8MM or add a layer of board, and the second board must be reinforced with longer screws. This method enhances impact resistance, thermal insulation, sound insulation and fire performance.

2. Ceiling

(1) Under normal circumstances, it is recommended to use a board with a ceiling of more than 6MM.

(2) When fixing the plate, the screws must be reinforced in the middle of the cluster, and then fixed around.
