Primarily taking active magnesium oxide as the core substrate, it is compounded with alkali-resistant fiberglass mesh and multiple functional modified additives. After concrete pouring and curing, the formwork is permanently retained on the structure. It integrates closely with concrete and serves multiple functions, working as a structural formwork, protective layer, and basic decorative base in one integrated solution.
1. Definition of MGO Boards
MGO permanent formwork is a new type of inorganic mineral composite panel. It is manufactured by scientifically proportioning magnesium oxide, magnesium chloride or magnesium sulfate, fiberglass mesh, lightweight fillers and functional modifiers, followed by standardized curing under controlled temperature and humidity conditions.
Its core working principle relies on the inherent advantages of magnesia-based materials, including high structural strength, excellent interfacial adhesion, outstanding fire resistance and stable moisture resistance.
