Composite Wallboard Production Equipment

The composite board is made of medium density silicon calcium board as the surface layer and the middle composite core layer is generally EPS polystyrene particle light aggregate foam concrete. The calcium silicate board is prefabricated on the molding machine by using the mold, and the prefabricated template enters the area to be poured. The EPS polystyrene granular foam concrete is mixed in a special mixing station. Because of the precise requirements for mixing data, fully automatic numerical control operation is adopted. It is ensured that the air is introduced into the slurry after the stirring of the inorganic auxiliary agent to further reduce the bulk density, and at the same time, according to the production requirements of the process, the sufficient uniformity after entering the mold must be guaranteed. Only in this way can we ensure that the produced composite wallboard does not have any quality problems. Different types of equipment are used in different designs according to the annual output scale.
