Product Introduction

Fire resistance stems from raw material composition: Our fire-resistant subfloor's raw materials comprise magnesium oxide, magnesium chloride/sulfate, water, fiberglass mesh, and fillers such as perlite. All main components are natural non-combustible materials, whose inherent properties inherently endow our products with excellent fire resistance.

The Science of Unburnable: Crystal Water Technology

During manufacturing, unique crystal structures form-Phase 518 (5Mg(OH)₂·MgCl₂·8H₂O) or Phase 517 (5Mg(OH) ₂ · MgSO ₄ · 7H ₂ O). These contain 7/8 crystal water molecules that activate during fires:

Heat Absorption: Released water vapor rapidly cools surroundings

Flame Shield: Dehydrated minerals form an impenetrable barrier

Zero Combustion: The board does not ignite or produce smoke

Certified Protection

You Can Trust Our fire resistant subfloor can exceed global safety standards:
✓ E136 Non-combustibility Test: Withstands direct flame exposure
✓ E84 Tunnel Test: Zero flame spread and smoke value of 0 in tunnel-fire simulations
✓ E119 2-Hour Fire Rating: Blocks heat/flames for critical evacuation time

Why Builders Choose This Fire Resistant Subfloor:
Beyond its lifesaving fire performance, this subfloor solution:
Lightweights Structures: Reduces load-bearing costs by up to 30%
Outlasts Alternatives: High strength minimizes maintenance

Saves Projects: Cuts construction and lifetime expenses

From mutiple homes, skyscrapers to hospitals, our magnesium oxide fire resistant subfloor provides the proven trio of benefits: non-combustible security, weight efficiency, and uncompromised durability-protecting lives while optimizing build costs.

With the fire resistant subfloors we have developed, we avoid harmful substances in our products in order to ensure the safety of our customers' living environment and surroundings.

FAQ:

Q1: Are all MgO boards the same?
A: No,manufacturers may use different formulations and production cost structures, along with distinct product designs and manufacturing processes. Thus, the applications of products from each factory can vary significantly. While magnesium oxide boards with different formulas may seem similar in appearance and texture, care must be taken when selecting products for specific uses-their properties and application methods can differ, making them unsuitable for interchangeable use.

Q2. How do you pack your boards?
A: Our goods are generally packed using strong plywood or wood pallets.
