Detailed Introduction to MGO Board Maintenance

1. Storage Environment

MGO boards must be stored in dry, cool and well-ventilated warehouses. Keep away from rain, snow, ground moisture and humid air. Do not place them directly on the wet floor; use moisture-proof brackets or pallets for padding. Avoid long-term exposure to direct sunlight to prevent surface discoloration and performance change.

2. Handling & Installation Protection

Handle boards gently to prevent strong collision, drop impact and sharp object scratching. During cutting and installation, protect the finished surface. Do not bend or twist the boards forcibly. Keep flat placement all the time to avoid bending deformation, warping and cracking.

3. Daily Surface Cleaning

For ordinary dust: Wipe smoothly with clean dry soft cloth.

For light stains: Use slightly damp soft cloth to clean, then dry immediately.

Strictly prohibit using strong acid, strong alkali, corrosive detergent and rough abrasive tools to scrub the board surface, which will damage the surface layer and affect fireproof and waterproof performance.

4. Usage Environment Maintenance

In indoor application spaces, maintain good air circulation, reduce long-term high humidity environment. Avoid frequent contact with a large amount of water. If used in wet areas, do good sealing and waterproof edge treatment in advance. Regularly check the installation joint parts to ensure tight fitting and no water seepage.

5. Regular Inspection & Upkeep

Check board surface integrity, flatness and fixed condition regularly. Timely deal with local damp and water leakage problems. Avoid overweight long-term pressure on the board surface. Standard maintenance can fully keep its fireproof, sound insulation, heat insulation and stable structural performance, and greatly prolong the service life of MGO boards.
