1. Core Material: Magnesium Oxide (MgO) Board
1.1 Basic Composition
Magnesium Oxide board uses MgO as the main cementitious material, mixed with magnesium chloride / magnesium sulfate, glass fiber mesh, perlite / vermiculite, inorganic fillers and modifiers, pressed and cured.
MOC Type (Magnesium Oxychloride Board): High strength, fast early strength, but contains chloride ions, easy to absorb moisture and cause halogen return, which may corrode metal components.
MOS Type (Magnesium Oxysulfate Board): Chloride-free, better water resistance and moisture resistance, no halogen return, more suitable for exterior walls and humid environments.
1.2 Key Properties
Fire Resistance: Class A1 non-combustible, no toxic smoke, fire resistance up to 2–3 hours.
Weather & Moisture Resistance: Low water absorption, stable dimension, freeze-thaw resistance, mold-proof and termite-proof.
Structural Strength: Excellent bending and impact resistance, strong nail-holding power.
Eco-Friendly: No formaldehyde, no asbestos, no VOC, recyclable.
Workability: Sawable, drillable, nailable, bondable, suitable for dry-hanging and pasting.

Base Structure Layer: Concrete wall, masonry wall or steel structure.
Leveling & Moisture-Proof Layer: Cement mortar leveling.
Suspension & Support System: Galvanized steel / aluminum alloy keel, connectors.
Core Board Layer: MgO board, fixed by dry-hanging or adhesive.
Thermal Insulation Layer: Rock wool, XPS, SEPS, etc.
Waterproof & Sealing Layer: Weather-resistant silicone sealant.
External Finish Layer: Fluorocarbon paint, real stone paint, ceramic tile, stone, etc.

Q: How should I store the panels?
A: Store the boards flat on a well-supported, elevated surface in a cool, dry environment, keeping them in the manufacturer's original packaging until use. If storing outdoors or on-site, cover them with waterproof material to protect against weather, direct sunlight, surface contamination, and construction traffic.
Q: How do I cut the panels?
A: MgO boards are optimally cut with carbide-tipped tools, which ensure clean, square edges for higher-quality installations. Circular saws-including table saws-are the preferred tools. For thin sheets, score the fiberglass mesh from the smooth side using a disposable knife, then snap the sheet along the scored line.
