Fire-resistant magnesium oxide board (commonly known as MgO board) ceiling panels are inorganic fireproof ceiling materials made primarily from magnesium oxide, magnesium chloride, and water (referred to as "magnesium cement" or "MgO cement"), reinforced with fibers (such as fiberglass mesh or plant fibers), and other functional fillers through a specialized manufacturing process. They are widely used in indoor ceiling systems.
