It can be installed in two ways: light steel keel fixation (suitable for 40-50mm thin board) and direct splicing (no keel) (suitable for 75-150mm thick board). The following is the standard professional installation process, which is applicable to most building partition scenarios:
Pre-Installation Preparation
- On-site measurement & board cutting: Measure the actual height and width of the partition wall on site, and cut the board to the required size with a circular saw (diamond blade) or utility knife; reserve 2-3mm expansion gap at the top/bottom and side of the board to adapt to temperature and humidity changes.
- Material preparation: Prepare corrosion-resistant fasteners (stainless steel self-tapping screws/rivets), MGO special joint compound, environmental friendly sealant, light steel keel (optional), waterproof tape and other auxiliary materials.
- On-site cleaning: Clean the ground and wall of the installation area, ensure the base is flat, firm and free of debris; mark the installation line of the partition wall to ensure the verticality and straightness of the partition wall.
