Fireproof Material Magnesium Oxide Board
The foundational framework of MgO fireproof boards is built on a ternary reaction system consisting of magnesium oxide (MgO), magnesium sulfate (MgSO₄), and water. Unlike traditional organic boards or cement-based materials, this board incorporates specialized modifying agents to optimize its physical properties, and uses neutral-alkaline glass fiber mesh as a reinforcing structure. Lightweight inorganic fillers are also added to achieve a balanced combination of light weight and structural strength. Through high-pressure molding and high-temperature curing processes, the components undergo a full reaction to form a dense, stable crystalline structure, ensuring the board's long-term performance reliability.

1. Great Fire Resistance
This is its biggest selling point. It meets the top A1 non-combustible standard (GB 8624-2012). It stays stable even at 800℃ without catching fire, and no open flames at 1200℃. When there's a fire, it won't release flammable or toxic gases, and no melting drips that cause secondary fires. With good keels and insulation, the partition can resist fire for over 3 hours, stopping fire from spreading.
2. Good Moisture & Water Resistance
Unlike gypsum boards that get soft and deformed when wet, MgO fireproof boards are really moisture-resistant. They keep their structure in dry-cold or humid places, not affected by condensation or damp air. Even if soaked in water for a long time, they'll keep their shape and hardness after drying-no water absorption, white powder or water leakage. So they're perfect for bathrooms, kitchens, basements and coastal areas.

It's made of natural minerals and inorganic materials, no asbestos, formaldehyde, benzene or harmful radioactive elements at all. Its density is 0.8-1.2g/cm³, much lighter than traditional cement fiber boards. This reduces the building's overall weight-interior walls can be over 60% lighter, and usable space increases by 5-8%, saving foundation and main structure costs. Even though it's light, it's dense and tough, with good impact, compression and tensile strength. It's not easy to damage during transportation and construction.
5. Easy to Process & Install
It's easy to work with-you can saw, nail, drill and bond it with regular construction tools. You can fix it with pneumatic nails or self-tapping screws, and directly paint, veneer or stick tiles on it. What's more, it can be bent into shapes with a 30cm diameter without losing its properties, fitting different design needs. Installation is simple, saving construction time and labor costs.
6. Mold & Insect Resistant
Its inorganic mineral composition doesn't let mold, bacteria, insects or termites grow. It meets European and American mold resistance standards, so even in damp, dark places, there's no mold or insect infestation. This keeps the board durable and avoids structural damage from these creatures.
